The challenge and what we did
Aavas needed a lending journey that worked for customers across geographies, on mobile and web, without manual intervention at every step.
We built an application where customers apply, upload KYC documents and receive a decision, with the system performing KYC updates and validating the potential of the loan automatically.
Alongside the application we addressed document management and data security, migrating on-premises infrastructure to AWS for scalability and resilience, and introduced Aadhaar masking to protect sensitive identity data in documents.
