Drawing on her executive education from IIM Ahmedabad, she has transitioned the company's operational core from reactive management to proactive, high-impact leadership. She leads the company's AI-first journey, embedding Generative AI and automation across the delivery lifecycle, with expertise in scaling high-performance teams and building an inclusive culture.

He has strong analytical and strategic skills, with expertise in AI, ML and cloud computing. A graduate of IIM Udaipur, Pratyush has a proven track record in leading teams, implementing scalable solutions and achieving measurable results across industries.
Chief Analytics Officer
With over 15 years of industrial experience he is known for leading teams to leverage data for informed decision-making in both large enterprises and startups. He has mentored data scientists and analysts, developing award-winning analytics and machine learning platforms. At Naviga Global, he played a key role in creating innovative TV and media products. He holds a PG certificate in AI/ML from IIM Lucknow and BITS Pilani, and a B.Tech from MNIT Jaipur.
Chief Financial Officer
With over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, she serves as Chief Financial Officer at HabileLabs Pvt Ltd. A Chartered Accountant (IPCC) by training, she has a deep understanding of financial management, corporate governance and business strategy. Her focus on optimizing financial performance, improving operational efficiencies and managing risks has guided the organization through a period of significant expansion and transformation.

With a decade of industrial experience in software engineering and data analytics, he leads sales for the Canada region at HabileLabs. He has a strong track record with companies like Flavorbyte Ltd., lululemon and Cognizant. Ankit focuses on innovative automation solutions and data-driven decision-making, and his expertise in technology and analytics drives his success in sales leadership.

With over 40 years in the IT industry, he has excelled as an Enterprise Architect and Program/Project Manager in large enterprises. For the past five years he has actively invested in startups in the healthcare and green movement sectors. Captain Hanumant Gupta is an Indian Navy veteran and strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in global operations and logistics. As head of Strategy and Business Development at HabileLabs, he applies military precision to drive business growth and innovation. He holds an Executive MBA from IIT Bombay and Washington University in St. Louis, along with dual MSc degrees and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Agile.

Vice President, AI Engineering
Nikhil Khandelwal is VP of AI Engineering at HabileLabs, bringing nearly two decades of experience across engineering leadership, product delivery and applied AI. His journey spans Siemens and Brainplay — where he scaled the engineering team from 0 to 15+ — Tower Research Capital and VLink, before founding Sthambh, an AI and product studio. He specializes in Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG systems and scalable backend architectures. At HabileLabs, Nikhil leads the Agentic AI practice, partnering with CIOs and CTOs to design and deliver production-grade AI systems.
