The challenge and what we did

Lending is a document business. Every application produces identity proofs, income documents and agreements, and every one of them has to be stored, found and protected.

We built an AWS-native document management platform that organizes these records securely, so teams find the right file quickly and processing moves faster. The same foundation became DocuSwift, which now supports document management and user administration with a serverless architecture.

Aadhaar masking protects sensitive identity information inside documents, keeping the platform aligned with RBI expectations.
