The challenge and what we did

Retail platforms at this scale cannot afford slow pages or unstable checkout. We modernized RCM World's legacy infrastructure, migrating retail apps to Amazon ECS with RDS PostgreSQL so the platform could scale on demand.

We also delivered an end-to-end AWS cloud transformation and used Amazon CloudFront to accelerate retail app delivery across regions, improving both performance and cost efficiency.

Security followed the same path: AWS WAF protects the platform against common attacks while keeping genuine customers unaffected.
