The challenge and what we did

The client had a legacy applicant tracking system that could no longer support the way recruiters worked. The goal was a Salesforce-native product, not an internal tool.

We designed the data model, built the application in Apex and Lightning Web Components, and prepared it for AppExchange security review.

Because it runs on Salesforce, customers get the reporting, automation and integration capabilities of the platform without leaving it for a separate recruitment tool.
