We start with a no-obligation consultation to understand business goals, pain points and the vision for growth, then run an AWS cloud readiness assessment of the current IT landscape, workloads and compliance needs using tools such as AWS Migration Evaluator. That gives a clear understanding of what to expect — including potential savings and increased operational resilience.
Strategic migration planning
We build a detailed business case comparing existing IT costs with cloud-based models, map critical workloads and dependencies into a phased roadmap that minimizes risk and downtime, and recommend the most suitable migration path: lift-and-shift, re-platform or application modernization.
Proof of concept and pilot migration
We begin with a small, non-disruptive migration to prove the process and gather feedback, keeping the team informed with regular progress reports.
Access to AWS POC and ARRC credits
AWS POC credits are grants for short-term pilot projects, so cloud benefits can be proven before a full commitment. AWS ARRC (Rapid Ramp Credits) accelerate production workloads after a successful POC. As part of our support for SMBs, HabileLabs helps eligible clients access up to $300 in AWS Rapid Ramp Credits directly in their AWS account.
