The challenge and what we did

First: consolidate the orgs and fix the data. Merging several Salesforce orgs means agreeing on one data model, deduplicating accounts and contacts, and standardizing workflows so teams stop inventing their own.

Second: deploy Agentforce so teams could stop doing by hand what the platform could handle automatically.

We delivered the consolidation and built scalable Agentforce automation on top of the clean foundation, with governance and release management that survive future acquisitions.
